Byapar Invoice collects and processes the following types of information:
• Personal Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and phone number (if provided).
• Business Data: Invoice details, customer information, product/service details, pricing, and payment records that you enter into the app.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, app version, and unique device identifiers for app functionality and analytics.
• Usage Data: How you interact with the app, features used, and error logs to improve user experience.
We use your information to:
• Provide, maintain, and improve the Byapar Invoice app
• Sync your data across devices via cloud storage
• Send important updates, security alerts, and support messages
• Analyze usage patterns to enhance features and user experience
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions
Your data security is our priority. All data is protected by Byapu Security Shield, our comprehensive data protection system:

• Service Providers: Cloud services for cloud sync and authentication (governed by their respective privacy policies)
• Legal Compliance: When required by law, court order, or government request
• Business Transfers: If Byapar Invoice is acquired or merged, your data may be transferred (you'll be notified)
You have the following rights regarding your data:
• Access: Request a copy of your personal data stored in our systems
• Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information directly in the app
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting support or through the app settings. Account deletion is processed within 7 days of your request.
• Data Export: Export your invoice and business data in PDF/CSV format
• Opt-Out: Disable cloud sync to keep all data local only (offline mode)
We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
Account Deletion: When you request account deletion through the app or by contacting support, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 7 days. This includes:
• All personal information (name, email, phone number)
• Business data (invoices, customers, products, services)
• Cloud-synced data from all connected devices
• Usage data and analytics
Note: Some data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., financial records for tax compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention). Anonymized analytics data may be retained for service improvement purposes.
Byapar Invoice is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
